Consult
We agree cleaning standards, timelines and safety with you, and ask for the specs for floor coverings, benchtops and tiles, so every item is treated to the manufacturer's recommendations and warranties stay valid.

Rough clean
Usually after lock-up and before the floor coverings go in. It is hard to lay a level floor over lumps of sealant and adhesive, and early defects are easier to spot.

Final clean
We bring the building back to its best, turning it from a building site into a new build to be proud of.

Final inspection
Justin personally inspects every inch of the building before handover. The aim is not to fix the defect list, but to stay off it.
