‘Go the extra mile’ has always been my philosophy. My clients don’t need to point out things to clean, in fact I consider it my job to get to these before my client is even aware they needed cleaning.

If someone is buying a new building, that is what they should get. Here is how Justin runs a builders clean, in his own words to Brisbane builders and architects.

Consult
We agree cleaning standards, timelines and safety with you, and ask for the specs for floor coverings, benchtops and tiles, so every item is treated to the manufacturer's recommendations and warranties stay valid.

Rough clean
Usually after lock-up and before the floor coverings go in. It is hard to lay a level floor over lumps of sealant and adhesive, and early defects are easier to spot.

Final clean
We bring the building back to its best, turning it from a building site into a new build to be proud of.

Final inspection
Justin personally inspects every inch of the building before handover. The aim is not to fix the defect list, but to stay off it.

The Brisbane metropolitan area, from our base at 19 Bracken Street, Moorooka. Most of our commercial work is in the inner city: the CBD, Fortitude Valley and Newstead, South Brisbane and South Bank, West End and Kangaroo Point.

Our packages start with a once-a-week service covering all the basics and go up to a daily service that leaves your premises in as-new condition every day.
